The coach enters their 3 team coaches and 17 players. Each row is just Name / Phone / Email — add or remove rows up to the cap. On Save, every contact receives a personalised, secure link to fill in their blade specs (the next step shows that form).

Schedule rink delivery
The coach books the in-rink delivery date and time. The date picker enforces a minimum lead time of 10 days so we have time to prepare the blades.
