Coach captures team emails

Once enrolled and the first instalment is captured (or paid in full), a workflow goes to the coach to enter the team’s 20 email sets — 17 parents + 3 coaches. For an association, each of the 8 coaches completes their own team’s 20. Every saved contact is then emailed the onboarding form.
